Integrand offers products that span the design flow from EM analysis to Spice-level modeling. In order to be easily integrated within a standard design flow, Integrand has adopted industry standard I/O formats such as mask-ready GDSII for layout description, Touchstone® files for S-parameters, and Spice-format RLCK circuits for component models.

EMX-Continuum™

EMX-Continuum uses patent-pending algorithms to generate accurate, broadband, scalable models of passives. For example, given a parameterized cell layout for an inductor and ranges for the design parameters, EMX-Continuum can automatically produce a parameterized subcircuit model in Spectre®, ELDO®, or HSPICE® format. The parameters to the model are purely geometric in nature, so the model can be easily used with layout extractors. Please contact Integrand to learn more about this product.
