Integrand Software, Inc., provides electromagnetic simulation software for high-frequency, RF, and mixed-signal integrated circuits. Our unique emphasis is on complete automation coupled with uncompromised speed and accuracy. Our main product, EMX®, features:

• automated handling of mask-ready layout, with no need for hand editing;
• fully 3D geometry, including volume currents and sidewall capacitance; and
• advanced numerics, such as a full-wave fast multipole method, for fast simulations

EMX is used by foundries, semiconductor design houses, and individual designers for tasks as varied as:

• characterization of component libraries;
• design of RF test structures;
• modeling large distributed power transistors;
• simulation of high-Q passive-in-package filters; and
• extraction of complete RF circuits.

Integrand Software, Inc., is a privately held company. It was founded by Dr. Sharad Kapur and Dr. David Long in in January 2003. Prior to that, the founders worked together at Bell Labs. EMX was introduced to the market late in 2003.

Integrand Software also provides consulting to foundries and OEMs. Customers are offered a variety of consulting models, from individual project assistance through integration services and custom software development.
